Alyssa Battaglia is a San Francisco Native and graduate of The International Culinary Center in Manhattan with a Grand Diploma in Pastry Arts.
After Graduating the top of her class, Alyssa immediately landed a job as Pastry Chef De Partie at Marc Forgione’s Steakhouse American Cut Midtown.
Growing up in a large Italian family, Alyssa always held a special place in her heart for tradition and the pastry arts. Specializing in custom cakes, holiday boxes, catered events, desserts and so much more.
Alyssa takes pride in her work ethic, attention to detail, and responsiveness to her clients.
With a goal to create connection and memories
